Therapy Services

Dr. Stronach is accepting new clients on a limited basis.

Dr. Stronach's practice is currently full. She welcomes new clients into her practice from time-to-time, as her schedule allows.

Dr. Stronach maintains a general psychology practice, working with most ages and needs. Her primary focus is adult and adolescent psychotherapy. She has advanced training and experience in family/couple’s therapy and in women’s health psychology. She specializes in working with people experiencing:

  5. Parent/Child Relationship Concerns
  6. Difficulty Adjusting to Medical Illness
  7. Fertility, Pregnancy-Loss, and Post-partum Concerns

As a Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Stronach does not prescribe medication. She is happy to assist you in obtaining a medical evaluation and/or consult with your medical doctor regarding the potential benefits of medication, as needed.

Credentials

Dr. Erin Stronach is a licensed Clinical Psychologist in the State of New York.

She received her undergraduate degree at the State University of New York at Geneseo and earned her masters and doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the University of Rochester.

She completed her clinical internship (equivalent to residency) in Child and Adolescent Psychology at Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, New York and a post-doctoral fellowship in Primary Care Family Psychology and Women’s Mental Health at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Additionally, she holds a post-degree certificate in Medical Family Therapy.

Dr. Stronach is a member of the American Psychological Association.  Additionally, she is a board member of the Genesee Valley Psychological Association.
